In the co-main event of UFC Vegas 95, Serghei Spivak triumphed against Marcin Tybura. In February 2020, Spivak finished the bout in less than two minutes, submitting Tybura. Tybura scored the first knockout of Spivak in thirteen years as the heavyweight fighter executed a well-timed armbar. A five-round standing exchange was successfully completed by both combatants.
With this triumph, Spivak cemented his position in the ranks and became the fourth fighter on the UFC heavyweight contendership list. The $50,000 evening bonus was considered a big award for Spivak, as was the further $50,000 SP in 2023. For his February submission of Derrick Lewis, Spivak received the same incentive in relation to the first.
The Advantages Decrease as less accomplished
The entire show, however, fell short of the spectators’ expectations. The UFC only gave out three bonuses on Saturday night because, for the first time in a long time, there was not one particular moment during the evening that caused the fans to gasp. Just two fighters received the $50,000 Performance of the Night prizes, Yusuf Jalal and Kazama Toshiomi, aside from Spivak.
Sadly, no bonus fight of the night can be awarded because every performer in the show was essentially pitiful. Naturally, Spivak had a fantastic finish, but overall, that card was quite poor, and there were a few flashes to talk about. Zalal gets the bonus going with a strong.

In his second fight after receiving the promotion, Yousef Zalal demonstrated his superior grappling skills by submitting Jarno Arens. Then comes the bonuses: the fighter who has been working hard to reclaim his reputation and lay the groundwork for inclusion in the organization has won his first UFC bonus.
Zalal has continuously gotten better during his UFC fighting career. After Zalal’s losses, he was dropped to the lower divisions, but he returned to the game with a fresh mindset. The victory over Arens was not only his second since rejoining the UFC, but it also earned him a bonus, providing him with a fantastic opportunity to advance in the ranks.
In addition to winning magnificently by TKO in the fight against Toshiomi Kazama, Charlampus Grigorieu also received his first bonus from it. With two losses in the series, Kazama needs this victory to get back into the promotion picture.
Grigoriou tried to take advantage of Kazama’s previous poor luck, which did not make for a positive start to the fight. However, in contrast to the last round, in which he stumbled over Sengoku, Kazama had great endurance and was able to recover to win the second round. Kazama was properly awarded the performance of the Night bonus because of the performance—being caught in a triangle choke that made Grigoriou throw strikes.
Spivak also made it clear that, following this victory, he wants to take on opponents who are more complex. Spivak begged the organization to ensure that, in his post-fight interview, he fights a rival who will push him up the ranks. Following his most recent showing, Spivak appears to be a real contender for the heavyweight title, and fans are curious about his next opponent.
