The Brazilian is coming off a spectacular second defense of his light heavyweight title against Jiri Prochazka at UFC 303. With the win secured, speculation about Pereira’s future reached fever pitch, as the Brazilian fighter continues his meteoric rise , draws MMA’s attention from fans worldwide.
In the post-UFC 303 press conference, UFC boss Dana White added fuel to the fire, saying, “As far as I’m concerned, not only Joe Rogan [but] everybody wants to see him go heavyweight .” .” But the current interim champion in the heavyweight division Tom Espinal, the undisputed champion John and Jones are both full.
